The laboratory is equipped with a full set of high-end testing equipment such as X-ray detector, CMM, projector and spectral analyzer, metallographic detector, tensile strength testing machine, colorimeter, film thickness tester, hardness tester, salt spray testing machine, and has the statistical and analytical capabilities of CMK, PPK, CPK and other indicators.
The company adopts CAD/UG/CAM/CAE and other advanced design software, with precision numerical control center, machining center, CNC EDM, wire cutting, die casting machine, injection molding machine and more than 100 sets of equipment.
